Currently serving as a Legal Secretary for Ferriera Law Group, Melissa Nuño is a first-generation student at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is diligently working towards her Political Science degree, complemented by a minor in Spanish. Ms. Nuño's professional aspiration lies in family law, and her role at Ferriera Law Group has provided her with invaluable practical experience in the legal field. Her future plans include attending law school after graduating from UCSB.

In addition to her academic and professional endeavours, Ms. Nuño is an active participant in Delta Gamma sorority and UCSB's Pre-Law Society. Her strong interest in social justice fuels her ambition to become an attorney. When not immersed in her academic or professional pursuits, Ms. Nuño prefers to spend her leisure time with friends and family, visiting the beach, hiking, or engrossed in a good book.
